Fully printable perovskite solar cells with mesoporous indium tin oxide back contact

The ITO perovskite solar cell structure consists of triple-oxide screen-printed mesoporous layers. This unique structure has several advantageous, such as enhanced stability and renewability comparing to the other screen-printed structure with carbon counter electrode. In addition to the simple and scalable fabrication method, this solar cell structure is a good candidate for large-scale production. This structure can reach 15.3% efficiency, and we are working on enhancing it by inserting gold nano particles to the lab-made ITO printing paste, and adding a hole transport layer layer to the structure.
